Lifeline®人類細胞包括：內(nèi)皮細胞，上皮細胞，成纖維細胞，造血細胞，黑素細胞，平滑肌和間充質(zhì)干細胞。所有Lifeline®正常人和動物（小鼠）細胞：
原代細胞定義為已從組織中分離，鋪在培養(yǎng)容器上，擴增，收獲和冷凍保存的細胞。 二級細胞定義為在收獲用于冷凍保存之前已在培養(yǎng)容器中分離，鋪板和擴增兩次的細胞。 |
人內(nèi)皮細胞包括：主動脈，冠狀動脈，肺動脈，髂動脈，HUVEC（人臍靜脈），微血管，心臟微血管和肺微血管。
Lifeline®正常人內(nèi)皮細胞為研究血管生成，癌癥，傷口愈合，動脈粥樣硬化，炎癥或血管生物學(xué)提供了理想的細胞系統(tǒng)。另外，這些細胞系也可用于藥物開發(fā)或篩選。
Lifeline®人體內(nèi)皮細胞在Lifeline®VascuLife®培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)時不會暴露于抗菌素或酚紅，這是一個優(yōu)點，因為這些補充劑可能導(dǎo)致細胞應(yīng)激和“掩蔽效應(yīng)”，可能對實驗結(jié)果產(chǎn)生負面影響。Lifeline®提供這些傳統(tǒng)的補品; 但是，在大多數(shù)研究應(yīng)用中，不需要或推薦它們來實現(xiàn)*的電池性能。
未暴露于人VEGF Lifeline®正常人內(nèi)皮細胞在稱為VascuLife一個專門的內(nèi)皮細胞培養(yǎng)基中分離® ENGS中，以確保它們保持不暴露于重組人VEGF。該特化培養(yǎng)基提供具有或不具有VEGF的低血清（2％）環(huán)境，其在至少15次群體倍增期間以等于或大于血清補充培養(yǎng)基的速率產(chǎn)生宜內(nèi)皮細胞生長。 |

Lifeline®人臍靜脈內(nèi)皮細胞（HUVEC）冷凍保存為原代細胞*和我們的HUVEC 10供體庫，人主動脈（HAoEC），人肺動脈（HPAEC），人髂動脈（HIAEC），人冠狀動脈（HCAEC）和人類心臟微血管內(nèi)皮細胞作為二級*或三級細胞冷凍保存，以確保zui高的純度，活力和電鍍效率。生命線還提供了人皮膚微血管內(nèi)皮細胞（HDMVECn）和肺微血管細胞，可以是在VascuLife宜培養(yǎng)® ENGS-MV或VascuLife ® VEGF-MV介質(zhì)，它們都含有5％人血清。
